I built an AI to turn your ideas into products
The 9-part map for your next micro-product powered by AI
The year is running out.
And that brilliant idea you had back in January... is still a brilliant idea.
Itâs not a course yet. Itâs not a workshop yet. Itâs not a micro-product yet.
Itâs a collection of notes, a flash of inspiration, maybe a half-finished slide deck.
The gap between ideation and creation is where most expertise goes to die.
We get stuck. We overthink.
We think we need a complex launch plan, a fancy sales funnel, or a team of developers.
We get overwhelmed by the âhowâ and forget the âwhat.â
But what if you didnât need a complex plan?
What if you just needed a simple map?
For years, Iâve used a system to turn my thinking into tangible products fast. Itâs a single-page document that forces clarity.
I call it the Product Creation Canvas based on my Product Creation Framework that I talked about in this post.
Turn Random Ideas into Valuable Intellectual Property
If you're like me, every product that has changed my life in one way or another has given me an insight or an idea framed and expressed in a way that resonates deeply with me.
Before you write a single line of code or design a logo, you must fill out this map. Itâs the thinking that makes the doing inevitable.
Today, Iâm going to teach it to you.
The Canvas is built on 9 components, broken into 3 core journeys.
Journey 1: Your CORE (Your Identity)
This is the âwhyâ and âwhatâ behind your idea.
1. Message: Before you pick a niche, you must have a message. This is your core truth or conviction. Itâs the organising principle of your influence. My message has been âAudacity to Lead.â Whatâs yours?
2. Meaning: An idea is useless until it solves a problem. The Meaning is how you tie your message to a real problem people care about solving. Itâs the âso what?â
3. Metaphor: This is how you make your idea memorable. A metaphor is an image or analogy that grows your idea. âThe Dip.â âThe 4-Hour Workweek.â These are metaphors.
Journey 2: Your DEEP (Your System)
This is the âhow.â This is the architecture of your solution.
4. Methodology: This is your unique process for creating transformation. Itâs the 5 steps, the 3 pillars, the 7-day plan. Itâs the system only you can build.
5. Model: This is the visual representation of your methodology. A triangle, a 2x2 matrix, a simple flow chart. A good model makes your thinking visible and gives it the potential to go viral.
6. Markers: How do people know theyâre making progress? Markers are the tools and indicators that track their journey. This could be an assessment, a quiz, or the different levels of your product tiers.
Journey 3: Your WIDE (Your Impact)
This is the âwhoâ and âwhere.â This is how your idea scales.
7. Market: This is who you want to serve. My philosophy is to niche by the market (a specific industry or audience), not just the subject. Stop competing in other peopleâs categories.
8. Mode: This is how you deliver the work. A newsletter? A keynote? A workshop? A podcast? You start with one, but you plan for many. This is how you expand your range.
9. Movement: This is the big one. Itâs the larger change or identity shift youâre leading people into. Itâs how you translate your idea into a belief system and build a true community around it.
So, there it is. The map.
You can download a âno-costâ version of the Product Creation Canvas⢠right here
Just having this map will give you more clarity than youâve had all year.
But I want to take it one step further.
Filling out the map is the thinking. What about the doing?
What if you had an intelligent assistant, trained on this exact 9-part logic, to help you build the actual product?
Well, Iâve been working on something.
Iâm calling it the Product Creation Engineâ˘.
Itâs an AI tool Iâve built inside ChatGPT. You donât need to know any technical stuff.
The process is simple:
You fill out your Product Creation Canvasâ˘.
You upload your answers to the Engine.
The Engine will instantly help you map out your micro-product, generate outlines for your workshop, write scripts for your videos, or even structure your workbook.
This is the system Iâve used to design my own frameworks and product, and now Iâm making it available to you. You can have your next micro-product mapped, outlined, and ready to build before the end of the year.
And you donât need to think too much about it.
But then, hereâs my âselfish goal.â
This tool is in its first version. I need to get more people to test it. I need your feedback so I can improve it for version 2.
So, Iâm making the Product Creation Engine⢠available only to my subscribers for no cost, for a limited time.
Hereâs where you can access Product Creation Engine⢠GPT
All I ask is that you use it and let me know what you think.
This system will eventually become a core part of a high-level program Iâm launching next year, specifically for founders and small business owners here in the UK.
That program isnât public yet, but if youâre a UK founder and that sounds like something youâre interested in, just reply to this email with the word âLABâ.
Speaking of supporting UK founders...
This brings me to my final ask.
Iâve just given you the complete system - the Canvas (the map) and the Engine (the vehicle) - that I use to create my own intellectual property.
As a fair exchange, I have one request.
In 7 days, I am hosting my live, no-cost workshop: The Basics of Starting a Business in the UK.
Itâs for high-capacity immigrants, professionals ready to turn an idea into a real company, and graduates who are tired of the job hunt.
As your âpaymentâ for the tools I just gave you đ please share that invitation link with one person you know in the UK who needs to be there.
Thatâs it. You get a full product creation system. I get to help another founder.
Itâs time to stop hoarding your ideas.
Itâs time to build.
Live courageously,
Dayo Samuel đŻ
