How to Turn Your Ideas into Products That Sell Fast
Why your product is the key to building your legacy
Hey there,
By now, we’ve covered a lot in our journey towards launching your product by Black Friday.
From nailing your Message to understanding your Market and developing your Methodology, you've done the groundwork to shape something valuable.
But there’s one thing I want to emphasize today—none of it matters unless you DO something with it.
That’s what today’s newsletter is all about: getting you to take action and start turning your ideas into real products.

The Power of Templates, and Why You Need to Create Your Own
Before we dive into the next phase, I want to talk about something that’s been on my mind lately: templates.
This week, as I was traveling to speak at SDinGov, I found myself thinking about how often we use templates as shortcuts for success.
I saw templates at bus stops, train stops, car parks, ads, everywhere.
They make life easy.
But while templates are helpful (and I’ve given you several throughout this series), they can also box you in.
They can kill your ability to stand out.
Everything I’ve shared in this series are frameworks and templates that have worked for me and my clients over the last 9+ years.
But here’s the thing: it’s not about copying them.
It’s about adapting them to fit your unique voice, your unique solution, and most importantly, your unique methodology.
And by the way, your methodology is a template others will use to solve their own problems.
So your goal should be to create something that can live beyond you
A product that becomes an asset, something that grows your legacy and continues to serve even after you’ve moved on to the next big thing.
As I usually say…
An asset is not in your head, it’s in your hand.

Your Product Is More Than a Solution—It's Your Legacy
When you create intellectual property—whether it's a product, a book, a course, or a tool—you're doing more than just helping people today.
You're building a legacy.
Peter Drucker is no longer alive; he passed away on November 11, 2005, at the age of 95. But his book changed my life in 2013. Years after his death.
Think about Steven Covey and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Covey is no longer here, but his work continues to influence millions.
Neville Goddard passed away on October 1, 1972, but his teachings continue to inspire many people seeking personal transformation and empowerment.
I can continue to give you examples…
What you create today, creates your legacy.
If you think about how many more years you have to live, creating a product becomes a matter of life and death.
If you die today (God forbid?), the knowledge in your head dies with you.
But when you take what's in your head and externalize it into a product or system, it lives on.
It’s not enough to just know or understand something.
You need to package it in a way that others can access, apply, and benefit from.
And the thing is…
Stop Undervaluing Yourself: Your Unique Methodology Is What the Market Has Been Waiting For
Now, you might be thinking, "There are already so many products out there. What do I have to offer that's unique?"
This is a common trap for new coaches, creators and consultants, and I want to address it head-on.
Yes, there are a lot of products out there, but most of the ones I’ve come across are bloated, unoriginal, or trying to solve problems no one even realizes they have.
Your unique methodology, the framework you've developed from your own experiences, skills, and insights, is what sets you apart.
You know the problems your market is facing. Some people have told you already.
And sometimes, your market doesn’t even know they have those problems until you show them.
So, why don’t people launch their products then?
5 Common Fears Stopping You from Launching Your Product
Well, over the years, I’ve noticed that there are five common reasons why people hesitate to launch their products:
Believing your product isn’t unique enough. The truth is, even if you’re tackling the same problem as someone else, your approach is what makes it different. It's YOUR methodology that gives it a unique edge.
Feeling like you don’t know enough or lack credibility. We’ve all been there. You see someone with thousands of followers and think, “They must know more than me.” But here’s the reality: followers don’t equal expertise. Your knowledge is valid because of the results you’ve achieved or the clarity you've gained.
Overwhelmed by busy schedules. The truth is, you don’t need endless hours to create a product. You just need to start. Break it down, take it step by step, and before you know it, you’ll have a product in hand.
Fear of creating a product no one needs. This is where understanding your market is key. If you've done the work to identify their pain points, as we’ve covered so far, you're already halfway there. Trust that your methodology addresses a real need.
Thinking you need a fancy marketing plan. Funnels, email sequences, and webinars can be helpful, but they are not the product. Your product needs to solve a problem and deliver value first. Fancy marketing can come later.
Create, Package, and Launch Your Marketable Product: An Invitation
With all of this in mind, I want to invite you to take the next step with me. I’m hosting a 3-part virtual workshop series to help you do exactly what we've been talking about—create, package, and launch your product.
Here’s what we’ll cover in each session:
Workshop 1 (Free): Create Your New Product Using Your Unique Methodology
🗓️ Date: Friday, October 25
🕖 Time: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM GMT+1
Outcome: You’ll walk away with a well-defined product idea based on your unique methodology. If you don’t have a methodology yet, we’ll create one during the workshop. We’ll also introduce you to pricing and packaging strategies, so you’ll know what to do next.
Workshop 2 (Paid): Package, Price, and Prepare Your Product for Sale
🗓️ Date: Friday, November 1
🕖 Time: 90 minutes
Outcome: You’ll leave with a fully packaged and priced product, ready to sell. You’ll also learn how to create multiple income streams from one product using the Do-Sell-Teach framework we covered in our last newsletter.
Workshop 3 (Paid): Launch and Market Your Product
🗓️ Date: Friday, November 8
🕖 Time: 90 minutes
Outcome: By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a clear roadmap for launching your product and a marketing strategy that will help you build buzz and generate sales.
Don’t Miss This Opportunity
I want you to be part of this workshop series because I know how easy it is to get stuck in the “thinking” phase and never move into the “doing” phase.
Learning is fun when we do it together, interact with the ideas, and implement them at the same time.
Let this be your next step—don’t let the knowledge you’ve gained sit idle.
Remember what I said earlier: an asset is not in your head, it’s in your hand.
Let’s turn what you know into something that lasts.

Final Thoughts
You’ve come this far—don’t let fear or overwhelm stop you now.
The most successful solopreneurs are the ones who launch imperfectly and improve along the way.
And remember: you don’t need anyone’s permission to create your product.
The only permission you need is from yourself.
I’ll see you at the workshop.
Live courageously,
Dayo Samuel
P.S. - Want to get a head start? Think about your unique methodology and what problem it solves for your market. We’ll be diving deep into that in the first workshop. Don’t miss it!
